What we collect
When you send a form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number and country, your travel dates, the number of travellers and your message. We do not ask for passport or card numbers on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare quotes and invoices, organise your trip and, only if you ask for it, send you occasional travel ideas by email.
Who can see it
Johventure staff who work on your trip, and — only when needed for your booking — the lodges, camps, park authorities and transport companies that provide your services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing us.
