1. Booking requests
Sending a booking request or a trip plan does not commit you to anything. A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability in writing and receive your deposit.
2. Deposit and balance
A deposit of 30% of the trip price secures your booking. The balance is due 45 days before your trip starts. Bookings made less than 45 days before travel are paid in full.
3. How to pay
We accept M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, card payments by secure link and bank transfer. Please use your booking reference with every payment. Bank and card fees are paid by the sender.
4. Prices
Prices are in US dollars per person unless stated otherwise. Park and government fees are set by the authorities and may change; if they rise before your balance is paid, we will tell you.
5. Changes
We will always try to accommodate changes. Any difference in price is shown before you agree.
6. Insurance
Travel insurance that covers medical evacuation and cancellation is required for every traveller. Kilimanjaro climbers need cover for high altitude.
